Catch-up Premium
The government announced earlier this year that they would provide £1 billion of funding to schools to support children and young people to catch up with lost time after school closure. A small portion of this has been allocated to All Saints’.
As part of our catch-up funding plan, we are able to provide additional, targeted support for those children and young people who need the most help both during the school day and before and after normal school hours.
Catch-up funding is also being used within school for specific areas that have been identified. We are delivering a whole school writing intervention ‘eradicating scruffiness’, delivering in-school interventions including beat dyslexia and Precision teaching. We are also supporting our teaching team to develop their excellent teaching and assessment strategies to ensure every child is receiving what they need.
